Code Book Advertising Program – Great Opportunity, But You Need to Act NOW!
Just before the plumbing code changed in 2023, we invited our industry partners to place an advertisement in the revised/updated code books. We told you we would sell A LOT of books, and we sure did! We sold nearly 3,000 code books since then!
Well, the code changing again, likely in June or July of this year. And that means we expect to sell a whole lot of books again over the next year – well above what we would sell in a typical year.
NOW is the perfect time to place and/or update your code book ad!
When you place a full-page ad on one of our tabs, every time someone goes to use their book, they will see your message. Ads are placed first-come, first serve, starting in the most-used section on the code, SPS 382 (Design, Construction, Installation, Supervision, Maintenance, and Inspection), where there is space for 14 ads. After that, we will place ads in SPS 381, 383, 384, 385, and 386, where there is space for an additional 8 ads. When the tabs are gone, they’re gone.
Every batch of tabs produced through July 31, 2027 will include your ad.
To get your ad into the revised/updated code books, you need to act by March 31!
We will need final artwork no later than April 30.
Here’s what you need to do:
We appreciate your consideration and support. This is a great chance to send a message to the most influential decision makers – designers, supervisors, plumbers in the field, and apprentices with a long career ahead of them. Code books are used every day for five years, ten years, and more before they are replaced. Your ad will have a long shelf life, with lots of repeat views. It will be a constant reminder of your support for the industry and the PHCC-Wisconsin Association.
